10th april 2009 - due to weight of demand for outdoor spec pieces, joyce is now exploring serpentine and various limestones including kilkenny, purbeck and blue lias. she is accepting a limited number of commissions, often based on themes derived from the sculptures on this site. they are of course longer and more laborious in the making... 7th feb 2008 - joyce's birthday and the new site finally goes live! still some work to do on the folio pages but you can't have it all, says the webmaster. new photographs to be taken of older pieces and some new pieces to be documented and photographed too. 11th jan 2008 - a new website is now in the pipeline! much fiddling to be done to scan and tart up some dusty images from pre-digital times, if you can remember that far back. 7th jan 2008 - the major project of the last couple of years, an intricate kinetic sculpture in flesh and blood, is back in pre-school. two more terms before he goes full time in september, so joyce will be back at full capacity soon. in the meantime she has managed to sculpt a pair of beautiful wave forms over the new year. they are as yet un-named (numbered) and un-exhibited. 24th dec 2007 - merry christmas!
